MiKayla Hawkinson is a makeup artist and content creator from Syracuse, NY. Her love for makeup artistry, film and photography developed at an early age and stemmed from her first love, the theatre. MiKayla holds a degree in Communication Arts; Concentration in Television & Film from Marymount Manhattan College. Upon graduating college, she became the Beauty Studio Captain and Skincare Expert for Sephora in Syracuse, NY and eventually emerged as an Upstate NY freelance artist for Makeup Forever. She recently worked for Syracuse Stage in their Community Engagement and Education department. She also consults in social media marketing and content creating for private clients that are learning how to utilize social media platforms for branding and design for their company.
